“Morning times are super busy, because it's almost everyone's favorite coffee. Mid day is not to bad, unless it was lunch that is. Great service, Great coffee, wait times aren't as bad u less you know when to go get it. Many choices for sandwiches and they also serve breakfast sandwiches as well and their so yummy. Great choices for donuts and bread for your bagel's. I love it.“

“Best soft serve ice cream around!“

“I wanted to take a moment to highlight the incredible service provided by Tina and Diane on pitt and ninth. They go above and beyond, welcoming me with a genuine smile. It’s rare to see such exceptional customer care. They both deserve recognition for their hard work!“

“Oh my goodness, by far the best Tim’s I’ve been too. I ordered an iced Capp, it was filled past the cup, amazing! And a pack of twenty timbits with lots of powdered and they put 11 powdered! I don’t live in Cornwall but next time im around, I’ll go to this one!“

“I had a great experience at Tim Hortons, especially because of Landon at the front counter. He provided amazing customer service, was friendly, polite, and made sure everything was taken care of. He was welcoming and patient, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making customers happy. Great front counter service like this really makes a difference. The Tim Hortons is kept clean, and the Tim Hortons crew seemed extremely friendly overall.“

“Great staff that work hard to ensure my order is perfect. Always leave satisfied and ready to face my work day; thanks to a fresh stepped tea and friendly service.“

“i love my Tim Hortons i need my coffee every day“

“Stopped in for a quick coffee run with the kids after soccer practice and it was smooth, no waiting around while two impatient little ones tug at your sleeve. The staff at the counter remembered our usual order and even threw in extra timbits for the kids without us asking. Parking right out front made the whole in and out trip painless with car seats and all. It is nothing fancy, just a clean, friendly cafe that gets a family in and out fast, which is exactly what we needed.“

“99% of the time, friendly service (hey, nothing is perfect) lol ...“

“I always stop in the morning at the Tim Hortons on Montreal Road, Cornwall, Ont. before going to work. They are fast ( my wait time from order to pickup is always no more than three minutes consistently). This morning was no exception, but later today I discovered my debit card was accidentally locked which I didn’t know, but for some reason when I went through the drive thru this morning it should have declined but I went through with no issues. I know that card should have declined and I think the girl who served me any way didn’t say anything. I went back after work to fix this and pay for my coffee there but they wouldn’t take my money. I am so impressed with the girl this morning. We are working folk, and usually our first interaction will usually set what kind of day we have. There was no indication from her at all and I now know the card had declined. I would like to thank her for making this morning a good one and I would also like to thank Tim Hortons on Montreal road for the free coffee and donut this morning. You made my day. Thank you. Ian.“

“Overall a wonderful experience.
The cashier was “ in training “ but she was amazing at her job. Her customer service was on point.
Then she made my coffee and the direct handoff with a smile was great!
Then when my food arrived the gentleman also did a direct handoff rather than placing the food on the counter he handed it to me with a smile“

“Went in for egg bites and a chai latte. Mobile order. I always park and pick.up in the store to avoid running my car for no good reason. Was met with smiles. A happy barista left a feel-good note on my cup, and it made me smile.“
