“This Dunkin is I think better than uptown. The staff is great and the drinks are always better than the other one. Idk why but they are. They are connected to a mountain mart so you can also get sm snacks and gas. Only thing that it lacks is the drive through. So if your a single parent you basically have to go to uptown unfortunately. But if it had that it would be the better of the 2 Dunkin in town.Parking: There is only like 3 spots but it's on a side street and can park on the side of the road and people tend to just make a spot along the front is a few places around the pumps.“
“It's fast food, you know what you're getting. That being said, there's good reason this store is so consistently busier than the surrounding fast food options. Staff generally seems friendlier and better trained than elsewhere.I recommend going during off hours so you don't have long lines.“
“Honestly the staff was really good for quite a while and then they had a major loss in help to the point that you weren't sure if you should be mad bc of the wait or feel bad for the workers. I guess it is management that is to blame for allowing it to get that bad. I am a regular dunkin lover and I will say that I think she is a supervisor maybe but she's been there a while and not one of the young lil teenagers there but I will have to say that she is probably the best employee there. Always kind and friendly even when she is 10 orders deep. Doesn't give you the eye roll when they forget your cold foam you actually paid for n send it back. She not only fixes it w a smile she apologizes and makes sure that you get what you paid for. Maybe I will get her name next time.Parking: It's connected to a Mt. Mart store. So it's a quick gas station and get your am latte!“
