Came through this Tim Hortons for breakfast. The refresher was tasty, the sandwich was ok, but my hash brown was cold and mushy. The hash brown was placed at the bottom of the bag not even in its own wrapper (look at photo). Grease was forming at bottom of bag due to the grease. When I was asked what size refresher I wanted, I told them I wanted a medium and then they responded with “how does a small sound”. I thought that was strange. I love Tim Hortons and always will! I had an unfortunate interaction at this Tim Hortons with Alex though. I ordered a large latte, waited over 15 minutes (NOTE: this was not during any rush hour. I was the only one in line at the time) and then 3 people came in and ordered. They received their food and coffee/drinks before I did. My favorite coffee! I fell in love with it in Canada. Unfortunately, the wait times are often really long at this location, so don't go if you are in a hurry. My order is hit and miss on accuracy, but the coffee is always on the weak side compared to Canada. I get shots of espresso, and it's still very watered down. I always have to get more sugar as well.
