Overall, not an experience that would warrant a return. I got the sautéed broccoli lunch special, the fried rice was good but the garlic sauce used was tangy and sweet. Not what I was expecting. The food was fresh, restaurant was clean, and customer service acceptable. However, I was also not pleased to find a hair in the food.

Ordered takeout Monday sesame and teriyaki chicken for 25$ +5$ tip and chicken was dry and hard basically unedible. Granted it was at the end of the night but don't serve me that b.s. very disappointed.

This is an ok place. I love the food. My only problem it seems they are becoming extremely lazy with their rice. It’s been extremely hard the last few times I went there. Happened again today. Looks like I will have to start going

I found the food to be quite good. Had Shrimp and broccoli which was plentiful including shrimp. Generous portions. Egg roll crispy but not burnt. Steamed dumplings were plentiful and tasty. There is a very slight rancid detection I pick up from time to time.. Hardly noticeable but more than likely, they need to change their frying oil out. I thought prices were reasonable. When you factor in their costs for food, utilities, payroll, commercial rent and insurance, these people are not even making a living wage. Be grateful that they are here.

great amount of food. Unique flavor to the general tso, like they make their own spice blend. It is not a buffet and take out only.
Man, these folks are the best. As far as the food, it's a bit above most american/Chinese food. The customer service is excellent. After our order arrived the driver was nice enough to come back and drop off free egg rolls (that I wasn't aware we were supposed to get for free). So that's pretty cool too.

Very bad customer service, forgot something in order just called to make it right and the lady that answered was fighting with me and saying I was wrong I sent a picture of the receipt to them and they were still saying we were wrong very bad service all the way around, go to Great Ming's Wok instead right in Colonie as well.

If I could give this establishment no stars I would , they simply made a mistake on a to go order that they not only wouldn’t accept responsibility on but they gave the customer whom they mixed my order up with my personal information and asked that they call me for their food , woman on the phone screaming at me didn’t even apologize, very bad business and giving my information out to another customer is wrong on so many levels
