Athos Restaurant offers a wonderful dining experience with great food and service. The vegetarian and seafood options are plentiful and delicious, making it a great choice for those who only eat Halal meats. The mezze platter, moussaka, and souvlaki have all received high praise for their quality and flavor. However, there was a complaint of extremely salty steamed vegetables in the vegetable plate. The coffee and service have been consistently rated as excellent. The restaurant's knowledgeable staff are able to answer questions about alcohol content in the food. The atmosphere and ambiance is wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was a hit. It is a very good upscale authentic Greek restaurant with a nice selection of Greek wines.

One member of the party noted that the kalamaria was the best they had ever eaten, and the vegetarian options are also delicious. The restaurant also has a separate, more casual menu with gyros for the taverna.
