The food is great but the service is terrible. Every time I go they notify me in the app that the order has been picked up before it’s even ready. Management blames all the issues on the kids working but won’t work the frontlines to guide them. There is always something wrong with the order. Last time corporate said they would refund me (I didn’t ask them to) and they never did. The people at the top are completely unaccountable so don’t expect the people under their supervision...read full review
So nice there and they are fairly quick!
This was my first time ever here and I fully enjoyed my experience! I almost ordered a pizza but I wasn’t quite hungry enough for a personal pizza so I got a salad where you can create your own. The red sauce and meatballs (although cold) were delicious! I’ll be sure to visit here again next time I’m in the area! Friendly staff as well!
