“I absolutely adore everyone who works there. I work in the mall and I can honestly say that if anyone says they're rude... they're lying. If anyone said they're slow...they were probably busy. And if anyone said they messed up their order...the customer probably wasn't specific enough. The menu is straight forward enough for the average person.“

“I have visited Charleys a few times when I was in colonie center. I liked the Philly chicken steak sandwich with fies and a drink. A simply sandwich but quite good. The staff was friendly and did an adequate job. I should return one of these days.“

First- get the chips & FRESH salsa just because.
Second- any entree is delicious and filling.
Service is always friendly and I love the interaction with culinary team.
