acted confused when I asked to get my order fixed that they made wrong
Less than half the meat advertised, like truly a sad amount of meat even though I got the bacon 3 cheese. All I could taste was the bacon, cheese, and lettuce- the steak was flavorless.
They first gave me my order with a hair in it, but politely replaced it.

I have visited Charleys a few times when I was in colonie center. I liked the Philly chicken steak sandwich with fies and a drink. A simply sandwich but quite good. The staff was friendly and did an adequate job. I should return one of these days.
