1.5 ⭐ for service, the staff could be and can work on being more pleasant, friendly with a ☺ which goes a long way for a customer interaction and experience.
2 ⭐ for the atmosphere, although it was obviously busy, the condiment section was very messy, floor sticky, napkins all over, wet counter, water in the utensils holder and garbage can overflowing!

“My name is Noah, I walked into chipotle to pick up my order and I realized I had placed an order at another location 2 hours away where I would go to before. This person named Shalanda is the nicest person you would meet. She told me to contact chipotle support in order to get a refund (already got notified that I got one) and she was willing to make me the same exact order for free. She had a smile on her face and she laughed a lot. Overall a very positive atmosphere and by far one of the best managers I have ever met. Props to Shalanda for making my expierence amazing and giving me information on what I should do. Even the workers had a positive mood and they asked me what I usually order.
