“Chipotle is always one of my favorites. This visit, I ordered chips and guac. The guac bin was empty. The server used the spoon to literally scrape the sides and bottom of the bin to finally fill the cup. When I got to my hotel and opened it up, I just closed it up and tossed it into the trash. Sorry, but 5 bucks for what was in that cup ? Nope. I should have said something at the restaurant, but they were busy.“
“My name is Noah, I walked into chipotle to pick up my order and I realized I had placed an order at another location 2 hours away where I would go to before. This person named Shalanda is the nicest person you would meet. She told me to contact chipotle support in order to get a refund (already got notified that I got one) and she was willing to make me the same exact order for free. She had a smile on her face and she laughed a lot. Overall a very positive atmosphere and by far one of the best managers I have ever met. Props to Shalanda for making my expierence amazing and giving me information on what I should do. Even the workers had a positive mood and they asked me what I usually order.
