I thought I had a bad experience but looking at other reviews this may be typical of this location. The good: the Honey Chipotle Chicken Bowl was really good. The Bad: Coke Zero fountain soda was out (that hurts, but no big deal), no ice in the soda machine either. I ask at the counter for ice and they have none. I try to get some forks, napkins, and straws and it's a disaster. Now I'm starting to get annoyed. Then I notice every single table inside the restaurant is dirty...read full review
Food was too salty. Not eatiable. Don’t recommend, the worst chipotle i ever had
For the second time in a row my veggie burrito contained meat. Not a tiny piece, which would be bad enough, but big chunks.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers fresh Mexican food, with some inconsistencies in service. While the staff remains professional despite challenges, there have been instances of incorrect orders. Customers appreciate the manager's intervention in resolving issues. The establishment is also commended for implementing full plexiglass protection over the food. They do not skimp on orders, with bowls having weight and burritos being footballs, and they are fast. One customer had a positive atmosphere with a manager who was willing to make the same exact order for free with a smile and laughter. Even the workers had a positive mood. When slammed with a soccer team and UA students, the workers were overworked but still pretty nice, making a good effort to try and get online orders out while managing a massive line. The food was pretty good and the portion was a reasonable amount.
