My family was excited to visit the location in Albany International Airport, as we flew in out of state where DD'S are quite rare. While ordering, manager Matt publicly berated the cashier in a sarcastic and condescending tone when she made a mistake, making no effort to hide it from all the customers in line. It would perhaps be helpful to review Matt's leadership abilities, as we have no intention of returning to that location to boost any of his sales.
