Impressive. Sushi chefs' attention to detail is apparent. The salmon, tuna, and yellowtail I had each enjoyed its flavor plain. Melt-in-mouth consistency and fresh, flavorful plates and friendly staff make this among the best Sushi you can enjoy local to Albany. This place is just great. I have eaten here several times and have had nothing but excellent food every time. I always get one of the soups or sushi. First rate, fresh, perfect.
Vegetarian options: All I know is my daughter is vegetarian and can happily eat here.
