Panera Bread in Albany

“The gentleman this evening, checking me out informed me that there was no bread for soup that my daughter wanted. He suggested that we take a bagel and slice it in the slicer so it’s finally sliced so she can eat it with the soup. My daughter is sick right now congested not feeling well and for him to go over and beyond was amazing. when I told my daughter about this, she automatically took the bread, dipped it in the soup and said it Tasted better than the baguette that is given. Number one maybe Panera Gives an option of taking a bagel and cutting it down with the different flavors they have and adding it to the soup On the side.number two. Make sure this gentleman knows he made my daughter’s Day my day and let him keep being a salesman. I don’t know his name. I wish I did and I should’ve asked, but he did an amazing job today for me. Thank you for having a raise of sunshine in front of me because I have been having it rough with things personally that I’m dealing with he opened my eyes and my heart wider.“

“Decent experience with this one, would be 5 stars if they had included the croutons that were supposed to be with the soup. They almost always leave out something from an online pickup order, at least it was only that. Food tasted good, was ready for pickup on time and other than the croutons everything else seemed to be made correctly.“
