We love the tea selection and haven’t disliked any. Service in the restaurants is fair. Beware of purchasing products other than tea as I was given a very hard time over returning a defective tea mug, despite having the box and receipt. Not a good experience. I strongly advise against purchasing gift cards. They sell them, but don’t always have the ability to apply them toward purchases due to their suboptimal payment process. I order almost all my teas from Whistling Kettle. Since I discovered them, I have turned into an addict for their Autumn Haze and Lemon Almond Panna Cotta teas. I have always been pretty selective about the teas I drink and this company goes above and beyond with their blends and choices. Their packaging and shipping is also first class! Please make one more batch of Autumn Haze this season so I can buy you out till next year's.
