“The donuts are very yummy but the wait time is outrageous.
I presume the job kinda stinks because every time I go in there, the person behind the register & the people making the donuts look bored & unhappy.
If they're trying to fake being happy & pleasant, they're not very good at it.
Honestly, I don't judge them too harshly on it, customer service is rough.
The donuts are delicious. The coffee isn't but I'm EXTREMELY picky about coffee so don't go by me there.
I'll keep going from time to time because as long as the donuts stay tasty, it's worth the wait time (still wish they'd shorten it a bit tbh).“

She mentioned that she was about to get rid of them, so they must get or make them fresh each day. Even though they were the last of the day, they were still nice and warm. “Their food is okay, but a few hours before close they had already run out of options. Would have been better if they had all the flavors they typically offer and you can tell that some of the ones they had left had been sitting there for a while. When they come out fresh, they taste great and the flavors they have like Oreo, Uber, Cappuccino, Strawberry, and Matcha are typically good.“

“I like to eat their Bacon Lettuce Tomato Sandwich, Grilled Cheese Panini, Chips, 2 donuts, and Strawberry Iced Lemonade it’s very good.
I enjoyed the sandwiches and the grilled cheese panini wasn’t that bad. When I looked at the donuts they had different variety of donuts to choose from like Chocolate Dip Donut, Vanilla Dip Donut, Boston Creme Donut, Maple Dip Donut, and more. The Strawberry Lemonade was so good. Next time I’ll try the TimBits to see if I like them or not.“

Avery is the best employee I’ve ever had!! at Dunkin every day all over the Long Island as a driver and let me tell you they really accommodate and best coffee ever and their drive-through convenience is unmatched anywhere in and out great orders. “If you have ever driven a long drive, this will remind you of a rest stop. It's really nice to see a place that's clean and bright. We have a ton of dunkin' donuts in the area. My sweet tooth decided to give this place a try. I got a maple cream donut, Boston cream, chocolate dipped and a couple of the little rounds. I don't know what they're called. Unlike dunkin' donuts, their donuts were not hard and didn't feel like they've been sitting for 12 hours. The Maple donuts had a nice pleasant maple aroma. Just be warned they are super sweet. The chocolate variety with a good as well. The minis were chocolate and blueberry. The blueberry was super sweet as well. I like to the chocolate better. The minis were super soft and melted in my mouth. I will definitely go here over dunkin' donuts“

“The customer service is always great! The coffee ☕️ is delicious. But lately, the bagels and donuts ? have been hard and stale. And the sit-down counter tops are always dirty. And this place keeps raising there prices which is crazy if they are going to serve stale food.“

“Probably the nicest DD I've ever been to. The place is always spotless, the workers always smiling, and the coffee always top notch. Even the donuts in their display case are pristine! It's almost too good to be true. They've even got a merchandise table, with tons of cool DD themed trinkets. Go check it out for yourself!“

“I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size.

Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see any adequate wheelchair access. At least not from the parking lot where someone who might park actually try to enter the store from.“

“Very busy Dunkin. Employees working very hard; no cell phones being stared at behind this counter. Coffee was hot and fresh, doughnuts were tasty. Tables and chairs, Baskin Robbins, and ice cream cakes available. Parking out front.
