I’ve never had a bad experience there. HIGHLY recommend. They take customer service very seriously.”

“I have never Been so comfortable at a diner in my life, showed up at 1:50 thought they were closing on a Saturday and the waitress came out to get me, as I was walking to my car, and I had the best experience with the food I ordered in my life, I never ever eat roast beef, but the person I was with did, so I ordered the same thing, and to be Honest, I was blown away by the quality of that meal!!!! I will be coming back every chance I get, was so cozy and welcoming!!!! “Texas Cafe Hornell I went yesterday afternoon and got the Texas special with 2 hot dogs/with everything ,French Frys with gravy,mac salad, and a cola to drink. it was so good and I was so full. “Overall love the store but whomever is working self checkout today 6/9/23 at 10:50am could use some customer service training. As I was entering my shoppers club phone number she instructed me to hit cancel. This voided the shopper club from my order. I did not ask or need help so not sure why she felt she needed to instruct me. She seems like she wants to be anywhere but there. Customer service isn’t a glorious job I understand but people you applied, interviewed and accepted the position. Fake it til you make it!! I love Wegmans as a whole but one person can really ruin someone’s experience!”

“We have always been impressed with this Applebee's. We lived in the area for a couple of years and enjoyed eating there. We happened to be in the area a couple of times recently and stopped for dinner. The meal deals are a great option. I don't recommend the 5 ounce steak that's part of the meal deal. It's chewy and dry even if you ask for medium or medium rare. The service was excellent even with the restaurant being really busy.”

“We have family in Wellsville and we live in Bristol and absolutely LOVE to stop here and get the owners BBQ SUNDAE!!! Do yourself a favor and stop. I mean yeah, they have phenomenal ice cream too. The owner is wonderful. Support these small little shops. They are ran by great hard working people. After a long day at a family gathering we stopped. It was so late (8pm) and the owner still hooked us up with 3 of those sundaes. My mother in law now understands what all the fuss is about. We just got home and its almost 11 at night. But boy do these taste amazing!! Thank you for continuing our tradition ❤️”
