I’ve never had a bad experience there. HIGHLY recommend. They take customer service very seriously.”

“Texas Cafe Hornell I went yesterday afternoon and got the Texas special with 2 hot dogs/with everything ,French Frys with gravy,mac salad, and a cola to drink. it was so good and I was so full. “We stopped in to have lunch. We moved out of the area so we have not been to Paddy's in a while. It was so good. I got a Jack Daniels burger and John got the cheese steak with the peppers. Everything was very good. The burger was cooked perfectly and had good flavor. It was nice to see how busy the place was for a weekday lunch.”

As I was entering my shoppers club phone number she instructed me to hit cancel. This voided the shopper club from my order. I did not ask or need help so not sure why she felt she needed to instruct me. She seems like she wants to be anywhere but there. Customer service isn’t a glorious job I understand but people you applied, interviewed and accepted the position. Fake it til you make it!!
