I got a a BLT so crispy it hurt my teeth. I took it in to tell them and they made another. The new one was worse. It was actually burnt. I called to tell the manager "please check the machine the beacon is crooked on because it's burning ther bacon". I didn't want a refund or a free sandwich. I just wanted to let him know and did that. His tone and reply was very dismissive. He did offer a refund but only if I left my house and brought it back tonight..... No thank you.
