The food here is usually good but the service is absolutely terrible. On multiple occasions I've been stuck in the drive through carry out lane for way longer than I should have. There is always a worker there but they will not acknowledge new cars at the window, instead making food. The best part is there will be 5-10 finished orders waiting there and at least that many cars in line but no rush to get people the food they have already paid for. Does not matter what day what time or how long the line is. You will be waiting 20 minutes minimum for your food.
Worst service ever I don’t know her name but the main server is the worse server ever. She has messed up all our lunch together with my family when we were just trying to have a good time at chipotle. She was very rude and served nothing she gave us half scoops for everything and after all she still was a rude person talking back and being mad.
