People and food are as authentic as you can get. Friendly and welcoming. Not a restaurant. It's a small take out spot so the atmosphere is what you'd expect. Get your food and go.

Island Flavor Jerk Cuisine offers an exceptional dining experience with its delicious and flavorful Jamaican-inspired cuisine. The jerk chicken was the best ever had, and the oxtail is cooked to perfection—tender, fall-off-the-bone, and seasoned with rich spices. The gravy is bold, hearty, and full of depth, perfect for scooping up with their freshly made roti. Visitors have also enjoyed the fried chicken and white rice with cabbage and plantain. The coco bread was moist and the beef patty was delicious. Everything is a 10/10. The freshly made drinks, especially Soursop and pineapple ginger, are favorites among customers. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Many guests appreciate the family-oriented atmosphere and the consistent, tasty food that keeps them coming back for more.
