If you're in the mood for a great hero, go somewhere else. I paid $22 for 2-day old dry bread and my order was a mess. Maybe it was an off day, or a human error, but this is just a bad sandwich. I ordered a Broadway, I paid extra for bacon which I didn't get, they added cheese which I asked to be left off, were out of avocado (it happens), and they completely left off the arugula. Unless a team member can make a compelling reason to the contrary in the replies, I won't be back.

Most expensive deli in the area. $3.00 more than every other deli in the neighborhood for a egg sandwich and coffee. Hope the owner knows that they raised the price that much. But shes never around so its the nutjobs running the asylum over there. Used to love it there. NEVER AGAIN !

i ordered a cream cheese bagel with bacon and received my order on a roll. when i called back to kindly say i order this on a bagel i was given a attitude and told i placed my order with a roll when i did not.

Place is garbage I got sick twice from this place.i tried twice cause I thought maybe I ate something pior visit so I gave a second try ... they obviously have no clue what there doing the one blonde lady screaming at the one girl ... Then I watched the one owner no mask.. touching her phone touching everything with her gloves and she goes to make my food I asked her nicely to change her gloves ..I got a attuide .. calling the delivery guy a fking idiot... I called and told them my food was wrong when I got to work ...she said "oh well" I'm allergic to tomatoes..(pior to ordering..I told them I got a food alergie) my sandwich had ketchup and she told me to just eat it...you want me to die ...maybe I should have eaten it and sued you people maybe then you'd learn ...place is dirty .. one guy out backdoor smoking a bowl or crack I dono definitely didn't smell like pot ..place should have never been reopened and the prices are rediclious...7.00 for a egg sandwich w a small coffee what the 16.00 for a American hero.. and got nothing with it no side no chips.. ..the bagel store down the road makes way better food and the employees are actually nice .I'd advise go elsewhere.
