When I 1st started going here it was just a deli. Now they serve hot food and sell almost every household essential. The service is great, friendly and it's family run! ALL the food is delicious!!!

I had to raise the stars …..this place is just getting better by the day ……stop at M&B Deli & Grocery before you jump on the Southern State Parkway and head to Jones Beach on Memorial Day Weekend !
