Absolutely the most delicious Italian restaurant on Long Island. The short ribs, the zucchini flowers , the pork chop parmigiana and the dessert was just off the hook! Jose the waiter was so outstanding , probably the best service we’ve ever experienced. This was our 3rd time eating there and everyone is exceptional!!! It’s quiets and elegant and white tablecloths but very reasonable. My absolute favorite restaurant!

We had our wedding celebration at Sophia Italian bistro and it was fantastic! Jose and Rico made our special day even more special with the ambiance, food and attentive service. Our guests raved about the selection, quality and amount of food and the wait staff that provided excellent service.

Food was very good. Waiter was great. We went early for lunch before the crowd. Sauce was good but needed a little something basil and or garlic. It was plain tasting. Great
