Waited 20 minutes for my food before an employee asked me if I wanted to order more food . Finally got a refund . No FOOD. Lunch breaks over, guess I won't have anything to eat for lunch . They legit handed 4 people their food who ordered after me , I get nothing. YOU SUCK whoever owns this franchise .Parking: This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to .
Me and my dad pulled into the second drive thru and sat there for about 10 minutes. The lady asked what we wanted then switched back to the other drive thru. We decided to park and go inside except we sat inside for 2 hours waiting for the food. They were extremely slow workers and they didn’t ask us anything other than for when we walked in. Location and community are the only things this McDonalds has going for it. Never thought a food chain fast food place could ruin pre-made food but here it is! Clearly the instructions on the ALREADY MADE FOOD is to hard for locals. Chicken was chewy fibrous rubber from over cooking. Fries were stale & cold. Quarter pounder looked like it had a regular burger pattie and not the 1/4lb of 100% beef promised. Better to grab a pizza next time.
