Mt. Fuji Hibachi is hands down one of the best places to eat! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hibachi chef was entertaining, engaging, and made the entire experience fun for everyone at the table.

The hibachi chefs make great food and put on a fun performance. The waitstaff is hit or miss. Some are friendly, others seem to rush you despite going during quiet times. The last time I went half our table was still eating and they were cleaning up and giving us to go boxes and it was 3pm. Floors consistently sticky, not sure why.
Huge Mt. Fuji fan for life! Food is always good and service is fast. Owner is a really nice guy, too.
