“Stopped in with the hubs and kids on Labor-day weekend. We didn’t realize it but it was almost closing time. They still took our order and allowed us to sit and eat. The Service was great! Everyone was smiling, happy and helpful. We got a 12 cut Sicilian pizza, and a small pepperoni calzone. The husband and kids really enjoyed the pizza, which was brought out steaming hot and smelled wonderful. I had the calzone. Hands down BEST calzone I’ve had in years. Not sure exactly how to explain how good it was but know that if I could move to be closer to Jo Jo’s calzone I would ?”

“Met Family at lunch got shrimp tempura sandwich was really good . Came with chips but I asked for fries . My nephew got the chips they were good so now in future i know i will like them . The negative was the take out order for my boyfriend I was so excited for him to try the wings ( bone in ) . So when we we camp next year at Copake Camping Resort I can get him to go there . When he opened them he was so disappointed they were boneless wings . I also asked for mild but they seemed to be very hot”

“My first experience with this small roaster was through the Boynton Blends, because of her wonderful artwork on the bags. I freely admit to being a coffee snob and the quality of this coffee is what keeps me coming back. It makes me happy to support a small company that makes a superior product for a reasonable price.
I had an issue with my last order, so rather than back & forth emails, Will called to resolve it. We got to talking about roasting & different blends. Talk about great Customer Service! Now a Customer for life!”

“I love the village green. I’m happy to sit and drink a matcha latte and eat delicious cookies from the bakery. I love to shop there as well and can’t get enough of the beautiful things that are made at camphill village from candles to herbs and ointments to a beautiful book selection, t-shirts and hats and many more. “Visited at the tail end of July 4th weekend. It was apparent that staff was running on fumes but everyone was still very kind. I sampled the kolsch, rye lager, ESB, and a newly tapped hazy pale ale. The kolsch and pale were particularly good. Got the bratwurst with onions and cheese. Pro tip: the brat already comes with mustard, just top it with that. Use the cheese on the fries. They make them in house and you can tell. I would like to come back in the winter on a random day and try what dark beers they have then.”

“Went for dinner as we often have. Food was mostly good as usual. Service and the kitchen were very slow. The salmon dish my wife ordered was raw. They fixed it but just more time… understood they were short a chef tonight. Seems hard to attract or keep good help anywhere these days …”

The Clock Tower is an excellent place for a reunion; we started out in the (spacious) bar section, then moved to their dining room, which we had reserved in advance for just us. The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly, the waitress was wonderful, and the food was delicious. Thank you for a great experience!”

“So many Asian restaurants overly sweeten their food to make it more appealing; the Golden Wok doesn’t do this - instead they provide great flavor and texture in their dishes. Delicious.

On top of that, have a food allergy that many restaurants do not take seriously. The folks here did, which made my experience with them much more enjoyable, not having to worry about going into anaphylaxis.
