Son,took me out for our usual mom's day here and it was a adventure to put it mildly..did not answer phone,did not respond at window,thought it was closed and only 1 other family was sitting at a table,got the order Wrong,didn't get an item we ordered,fries were over cooked,onion petals my favorite usually were Over cooked so,couldn't eat.Only reason I am giving 2 stars is the chicken fingers were good.Very disappointed for 1st visit of the season and pricey $33.00 for basically...read full review
Food quality is terrible, over priced food and ice cream! Poor customer service! Take the extra time and drive to The Springville Dairy for your ice cream.
My daughter lost her ice cream after receiving it because it was not in the cone. They said we had to pay 3 more dollars to replace a baby cone. Even though while we were waiting to order a woman dropped her cone and they replaced it with no charge. Would not recommend, customer service is poor and the staff needs to be trained on how to properly scoop there cones if they aren’t going to fix their mistakes.
