New Ho Wah Reviews
I really liked the wonton soup :D
I didn’t really like the chicken all that much. The taste was a bit off. Portions are good and the egg roll was good. But, the chicken just seemed too salty and the rice was pretty bland.
New Ho Wah is the best hands down. I’ve been ordering from here since I was a kid, and still go every so often now that I’ve moved farther away.
Great food and staff.

New Ho Wah is a Chinese fast food restaurant that stands out for its quality and tasty food, offering better value compared to neighboring places. The menu includes stir-fried foods, rice dishes with glazed sauces, and crispy appetizers.
Beef and broccoli, crab rangoons, and stuffed fried eggrolls are among the popular choices. The crab rangoons are particularly noteworthy, known for their crispness and hot, melty cheese filling. Shrimp eggrolls are another favorite, coming in generous portions. The chicken and broccoli is the most flavorful and fresh and cooked good with lots of chicken. The fried rice is so delicious, the best fried rice ever tasted. It is literally the best Chinese food, a great and good NY Chinese food place where the order gets done fast.
The restaurant takes pride in balancing flavors and maintaining food quality. They avoid using excessive salt, high sodium seasonings, watered-down sauces, and stale rice. The staff is professional, helpful, and ensures that orders come with the necessary utensils and sauces.
New Ho Wah's prices are reasonable, and it operates as a reliable Chinese takeout option with a small seating area. However, their operating hours can be irregular, causing occasional unpredictable closures. Despite this minor inconvenience, New Ho Wah is a solid choice for quick and satisfying Chinese meals.
