My wife and I visited NYC this week and our first stop after leaving the airport was to Sal, Kris, & Charlie’s. It was well worth the stop. We took the locals suggestion and ordered ‘the bomb’ with everything on it. The sandwich was huge, stuffed with meat and toppings. Super delicious and enough to feed both of us. Highly recommend going out of the way try this place!

The hype is real! What a sandwich. Don’t consider getting anything but The Bomb. So many flavours, well constructed and delicious. For sure, one of the all-time greatest sandwiches. Eating it under the elevated train track with church bells ringing, made it feel perfectly NYC.
