Very clean and smooth environment. Love the service. The front desk guy Abdul is a sweetheart always showing the customers his appreciation. The food and chicken recipe is amazing. It competes with Popeyes if not better than Popeyes. Try it out guys. Will recommend to anybody.

Very rude guy … he was yelling like crazy when my order comes in.. no respect how to deal with customers… very very rude… I prob be calling other branch to complain about him.. he said I am a regular and if he is yelling at me like that imagine what he would do to others.. he call himself a owner.. not sure his name but I believe he’s from afghan

Today 08/03/24 Saturday at 5:28pm A young light skin guy gave me a wrong order. I told him I wanted the 4 piece chicken combo. I told him more than 3 time I can’t eat spicy because I’m allergic to it please make sure it’s regular. Because my throat gets chokes with the spicy. And he said OK… But for some crazy reason he gave me the spicy chicken. I told him I’m going far away and it’s raining. At home I was eating with my son and when I have the first bite of the spicy chicken I was choked and running nose. Next time he has to pay attention when someone tell him about allergies. This is not a joke; it’s dangerous and someone can die just with a bite. I’m very concerned and disappointed after many years. He’s very careless. I don't think I'll go back to the store. This type of negligence is very serious.

One of the workers who is responsible for uber eats orders and answers phone calls (Asad) is very rude and unprofessional. This is the 2nd time I receive the wrong order and he was trying to blame the uber eats driver. NOT ONLY THAT he hanged up on the call saying we are busy. Used to be one of my favorites but not anymore after that rude worker!
