The staff was confused by an order of a decaf latte. Literally they said they didn't think espresso drinks could be decaf and had to go check the machine... then were surprised to discover a decaf button! Also my donut was incredibly stale.

Well I hate to say it I used to like Duncan a lot don't get me wrong but I guess it's hot it's not there for all it's hard to find help anymore and plus they've been closed well hopefully getting remodeled and go get some good help in there. Other than that I wish you the best and I'll stop in between there and the other place I'm going now simple roast down the road but you know I enjoy them both but right now the service on the other place...

Iced mocha lattes taste delicious, unlike some other Dunkin’s that are too milky flavored. Guy working the counter was friendly and fast. He made conversation with all the customers. Definitely my new location of choice.
