This place was great until they allowed a manager that discriminates people she doesn't like, also last few times getting coffee I had I had to go back in to complain cause it's watered-down or not what I asked for, no wonder this place always needs help I'll be taking my business to lakeville from now on

Tried the frozen hot chocolate at the Avon,NY location a week ago. It was DELICIOUS. Went back today and ordered a chocolate glazed chocolate doughnut and another frozen hot chocolate. The woman wrapped the GLAZED doughnut in a NAPKIN and put it it in a paper sleeve inside a bag. The glaze melted onto the napkin and pulled it all off. That is not my primary complaint. I received the frozen HC after I was told that the machine was just "fixed" right before I got in. I started driving...read full review
