“Huge shout out to Torta Fina Bakeshoppe & Patisserie in Babylon! I went in with nothing more than a verbal description of a funfetti Bundt cake for my son’s graduation; no picture, just an idea; and they absolutely blew it out of the park.

Not only was the cake beautiful, but everyone is STILL talking about how delicious it was. Moist, flavorful, perfectly done, and honestly one of the best cakes we’ve had. They completely brought my vision to life and made the celebration even more special.

“I love this place. Cheesecake on a stick. Who would have thought! And it's delicious! As is everything else I've tasted. I was there 2 days ago, and was helped by a Tesse... I remember because my family calls me that. Very helpful, and and her recommendations were spot on. Cupcakes ate oerfect.. loaded brownies are fabulous. Cheesecake just is luscious. “I love the Stew Leonard's opportunity which is why I write this and hope that moving forward will see an improvement. As of late, your chicken butchers are very inconsistent. This weekend's packages (8 pounds of family pack) "thin breast cutlets" were not so. Many were very thick, the length of each piece was aprox. 9" in length and some were as they should have been, thin and under 4 inches in length. The time before - same issue. All the prior times - PERFECT in length, thickness, and with the grain and not against. Thank you for reading this and hopefully improving your training and supervising (if applicable).“

“Brian designed our dream cake for our October Friday the 13th wedding. We went in with some ideas, bits and pieces from multiple photos and what was created blew our minds. Everyone was speechless when it came out. Aside from the delicious taste of the cake itself the details and time that was poured into it is one that we truly appreciate and love. We been to the shop multiple times before the wedding just to grab some goodies because everything is tasty and above the typical/traditional desserts you’d expect. Highly recommended bakery for sure.“

“Honestly this place blew me and my partners mind. We just got a Mac n cheese burger, the cheese burger nachos, cheese fries, wings and a milk shake. Everything was cooked to perfection and was crisp and fresh. We chose this place because of the gluten free options and was so surprised that the fries had their own fryer. The service was promt and attentive and knowledgeable. We must have come at a good time because the vibes were perfect. Wished we lived closer to visit more often.“
