Its only a matter of time before this hidden gem gets nationally recognized so get in there while you can!From the friendly atmosphere, to such a huge menu and even a nice punch drink that has a good kick too it.My group had a large and complicated order I expected there to be at least a mistaie but the food was well prepared, fast and delicious! I especially recommend the chicken kabobs and the sliders.But the big selling point is the hospitality. Just a cool crew to hang out with while the foods being prepped. Delicious!“
“Pretty decent location and a good Gyro platter. I went there because I was waiting for my appointment at the barbershop and I’m glad that I drop by. “In town for the holiday and randomly stopped here for a breakfast sandwich.. I am beyond happy that I did!! Service was amazing & the food was even better! I was welcomed at the door by Kristi & helped at the counter by Lindsay! What a phenomenal duo!! My breakfast was soo good that I made my way back there to try their hot foods for lunch..I had chicken francese over white rice and pepper steak! Needless to say their hot food was delicious! I will absolutely be coming here for breakfast and lunch again! Thank you again Grilli girls!“
“I have been coming here for months now, and the food always hits. There are plenty of varieties to chose from and no matter which one it is, it always tastes great. The only complaint I have through, is that the service is quite slow, and usually this isn't a problem, but at times it can be quite bothersome if I'm in a rush and it's taking too long. Otherwise, this place is great! The staff are very nice and the atmosphere is quite nostalgicParking: So many spaces.“

“This has become my go-to local pizzeria since moving here. The pizza is consistently good, great prices. Their white slice and veggie slice are my favorites. The veggie slice is loaded with eggplant, broccoli and a few other items. It's like a meal on a slice. The staff has been super friendly each time I've been in. Garlic knots are great, bite size and soft in the middle. They have to-go desserts like linzer tarts, red velvet whoopie pies and other assorted desserts as well. They conveniently have premade single portioned meals of items like ziti, stuffed shells, Meatballs, Lasagna. Great for people who like to have quick, easy grab and go meal or help with meal prep for the week.“
“I have been to this place quite often when i am in the shopping center. Some of the items can be on the pricey side compared to other pizza places but the quality of their food makes it worth it. My visits are always worthwhile and i have never left unhappy. I would like to give a big thank you to an employee named Kristen who is always incredibly welcoming. Shes really sweet and i appreciate how she treats her customers. I called and asked her name so i could give her a shout out in this review because she deserves the recognition. Overall this place is absolutely fantasic and i couldnt reccomened them more! Give them a try today.P.S -- IF an owner sees this, i would love to see you guys join up with the "too good to go" movement to help eliminate food waste! “Eagle's Nest is an absolute gem! I was back home on Long Island for 2 days and was so lucky to attend an amazing Yelp event in Hicksville hosted by our stellar CM Jared at Kathi & Kabab. I wanted a smoothie but not just any gym juice bar wait for 25 minutes smoothie. Well, I can vouch after my 2 visits in 18 hours that the Eagle's Nest is the Best! I got the Chunky Monkey beaut on a Wednesday evening and the PB Chocolate( Reese's PB Cup OMG) when Mike the owner opened at 11 am on Thursday. I tasted the difference right away as my eyes got really big- quality ingredients, generous portions, really well blended, love the classy peanut butter streak along the length and breadth of the big cup, the taste - wow! So many great choices. Mike took his time making my sensational smoothie. The owner Mike is a lovable and fun person. He is a trained chef who ran a kitchen at a bowling alley in Brooklyn before opening this establishment 3 years ago. He is loads of fun to talk to! He wears all these gold chains and bracelets which add to his great personality and the fun menu. I made a friend as I enjoyed my drink. Carol , a regular came in while doing laundry next door and got the honey mustard turkey wrap. She was raving about it so I got one too. Love Love Love!!! You have to go to Eagle's Nest! It is just north of the Bethpage RR station in the King Kullen shopping center. 12 minutes from Hicksville, 14 minutes from Copiague and 20 minutes south of Old Brookville. Open 7 days 11-7 M to Sat and 11-3 on Sundays. Loads of parking. I can't wait to go back, hang out with the fun Mike and experience some more of his amazing delicacies and delicious and wholesome smoothies.“
“This is the first time that I ever ordered a take out order from Café Gio. I spoke to Franco, Leo and the owner Sal. The feeling that they gave me when I spoke to them on the Telephone moments ago was that I was back in the day, when I could call a restaurant, talk to the folks that either owned it, or ran it and place an order with them, while they were answering a myriad of questions for me! I must say that I do a lot of takeout orders for work, friends, and family, The staff at Café Gio far surpassed my expectations and helped me place a large catering order seamlessly for today!I would highly recommend doing business with Café Gio. We need to support the restaurants that care enough to keep us happy, healthy and well fed. By the way, I failed to mention that my order was time sensitive it had to be delivered within a certain time today. “We don't live close but heard good things about the food so we took a drive. The service and the food was top notch. I couldn't believe the size of the portions, honestly. We couldn't even finish half our meals. I would recommend getting there by 4-4:30. We left at 6 and the place was packed.“
