“My wife and I stopped in to see Poppie who was a no-show tonight. Stayed to enjoy the early patron conversation. Loved Ali and her energy. Met Poppie's dad's GF who was an angel. Jimmy, Ali's replacement, was our best friend from the start and showed his 50+ years of experience. As for the burgers... yum and yum, yum. Do one soon! This is a corner bar that has a dart board and personality to be experienced!“

“I was craving collard greens - and looking for a new place to try. I found Village BBQ on line and was impressed with the reviews so off I went. Randy the owner is not only the nicest guy but a fantastic chef! He and his wife run the business. I had his brisket (at his insistence!) Delicious! Sweet potatoes and collard greens. Customer next to me raved about the banana pudfing so I added that too. All 5 star!!! Very happy I took the chance on a place in a gas station!!“

“I went to Beach BBQ and satisfied would be an understatement. Upon arrival I was greeted by staff at hat engaged as if we were family or old friends. I reviewed the menu and settled on the Dragon Glazed Salmon Mac and cheese and candied yams. The meal and service was superb. I highly recommend this spot ! Don’t walk Run to this restaurant!!“

“The staff and the food was amazing! My family and I went to celebrate my birthday. The host Mia and Elena was delightful and our server Minerva was gracious and accommodating. The manager Michael then gave us the birthday special which was the song and celebration along with a comped meal for me (with ID). Amazing!“

“I live in Wantagh and have been to Dang many, many times. The food is great, the service is fantaststic and I would rate you a 10 out of 10 but for one thing...the MUSIC is horrible! It is the same songs by the same artist every time we attend and it is about 50% too loud as well. I like country music and it is appropriate but please, get some decent country music that has some classics and recognizable artists. Today, we had a great lunch and our waitress, Kaitlin, was wonderful. But we skipped desert because we just could not take any more of the terrible music. I know others who share my opinion.
