The dumplings were juicy and handmade, the skewers were full of flavor with a great variety (lamb, tofu skin, tripe — all seasoned with classic cumin and chili), and the sour cabbage pork hotpot was warm and comforting. Finally had a chance to try it and wished that we did it sooner, not on the last night of our trip. The name is labeled incorrectly and should be Ajiang BBQ instead. He took his time with the bbq, the seasoning was right on and spicy! Most items are $2 with some at market price. We tried the squid ($5) and really delicious! Give him a try and you’ll be glad that you do. Starts at 6pm though.“
