“I stopped by “That No Good Burger Joint” for lunch yesterday and extremely surprised at the customer service and the menu filled with options. I ordered a triple smash cheeseburger with the fries and washed it all down with 2 flat tires. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friend and family and would plan to go back soon. The burger was cooked to perfection and the fries were just right. The server was extremely attentive and made sure my and my cousin were well taken care. I would give this restaurant a 10/10 no question.“

“We placed an order for a smash burger without the cheese - the restaurant accidentally put cheese on it and I was quite upset because we confirmed it many times (lactose intolerance)… the person who helped me was super super nice, he re-made the entire order AND had it delivered to us for free, AND was nice enough to add courtesy drinks. Genuinely it felt it was really sincere an apology and I actually really appreciated that. Will definitely order from them again (maybe I’ll just check my order next time though). “Centrally located, but the building and grounds could, at best, use some touch-ups and, at worst, needs a complete renovation.I ordered ahead online, gave drive thru operator my number and picked up my food at the next window without incident or delay. Prompt, friendly service, quick in and out at 3 pm on a weekday.Just before entrance to highway, discover the loaded French fries are not in the bag. Illegal u-turn and I'm heading back to checkers.The young man who helped me the first time round quickly made a fresh order of fries and apologized. Mistakes happen. They rectified the mistake without a hassle and they did it fast. About as much as you can ask.“
