“I had a great experience at this spot! I ordered the chicken sandwich, and it was absolutely on point. The chicken was well-seasoned, cooked perfectly, and served hot and fresh. “AWESOME KOREAN RESTAURANT IN LONG ISLAND: I’m not a foodie and I don’t think I’ve ever posted about restaurants (but I am Korean) - I have to make an exception for this place. Yes, this restaurant is on Long Island, but the Korean food EXCELLENT (better than lots of places in Flushing) and service is OUTSTANDING. “Ordered takeout from Don Chicken on Northern Blvd and went for the Spicy Soy Garlic Chicken and it did not disappoint. The pieces were pretty big, juicy inside, and had that trademark Korean fried chicken crunch: thin, shatter-crispy, never greasy. The soy garlic glaze was spot on savory, garlicky, with just enough kick to keep me reaching for another bite.

I also tried the Sweet & Spicy flavor not bad at all, just leaned sweeter than what I usually like.

What I really appreciate is how Korean fried chicken is different from the fried chicken most of us grew up with. Instead of a thick, heavy batter, it’s double-fried a method that actually came about in Korea in the 1960s and 70s when fried chicken started getting popular alongside beer (“chimaek,” short for chicken + maekju/beer, is now a whole culture). That double fry gives you the crunch without the grease, and the sauces like this soy garlic add layered flavor instead of just salt and breading.

For takeout, it traveled well too the chicken stayed crisp even by the time I got home, which tells you they’re doing it right. Generous portions, bold flavor, and that authentic K-fried crispness make the spicy soy garlic the clear winner for me.“

By the time I finished the last wing, I was full and completely satisfied. The price was more than fair for the quality and portion size. The only minor downside was the Cajun fries. They were cooked well, but the seasoning lacked the punch and depth I was hoping for. A bit more boldness in flavor could have made them match the wings’ power.“

“I have been passing this place for a while now and finally decided to give it a try. It was delicious! The burger was fresh and hot as was the chicken wrap. The cashier was super friendly. There were a lot of people coming in out and picking up orders and everyone was greeted nicely when they picked up their food. Was not cheap like fast food like I thought it would be but was very worth it as the portion sizes are a lot more substantial and filling than fast food. Definitely would return.“

“We ordered assorted gyros, souvlaki, tacos and baklava. The staff was friendly and the service was wonderful. Over all decent and accommodating to the greek culture with a twist of spanish. Only thing I would change is to add oragano salt and pepper to the gyros and don't blend the tzatziki makes it a bit pasty in texture but flavor was 7/10. The baklava less refrigerated time and more syrup not leaving the tops so dry. Would visit again.“

“Excellent chicken and rice spot in Bethpage.
I've been to a large number of spots for chicken and rice, from the halal guys on 53rd and 6th, to the numerous spots along Steinway street in astoria, shahs, And other halal spots along the island and around hillside avenue and it's great to have an excellent local place close by to satisfy by desire for mix over rice.

Every spot has its own take on the chicken and halal eatz does a great job with whatever the seasoning is. White sauce is on point and hot sauce is HOT as expected. They have a number of other items I've never tried but am looking forward to tasting.

I saw they have byob (Bag of chips - not beer obviously) which is something that's become popular on social media, and I think it's a great idea for a solid price.

Overall great food that never disappoints that honeslty I'd say is the best bang for the buck in the area and a refreshing alternative to have around to eat. I'd post a picture but the ones that are already shared do it justice enough. If you opt for a platter, while I normally do pita, their fries are great.

For takeaways, they use ventilated packaging to keep maximum crispness…very smart and thoughtful. Chicken katsu over rice also delicious.

Bubble tea very tasty and refreshing. Boba pearls are fresh and soft. Will be coming back and will highly recommend.

Parking is a hassle but can find some around the block.“

“I live in Wantagh and have been to Dang many, many times. The food is great, the service is fantaststic and I would rate you a 10 out of 10 but for one thing...the MUSIC is horrible! It is the same songs by the same artist every time we attend and it is about 50% too loud as well. I like country music and it is appropriate but please, get some decent country music that has some classics and recognizable artists. Today, we had a great lunch and our waitress, Kaitlin, was wonderful. But we skipped desert because we just could not take any more of the terrible music. I know others who share my opinion. “After a day of shoveling snow, I did t feel like cooking. We decided on going to Chick&Tender. The food serving was plentiful and made to order. It was served quickly, hot and with a friendly smile. Their honey mustard sauce is awesome! I had the 5 piece chicken tenders combo and tried the fresh squeezed lemonade for the first time. It was the perfect combo of lemon and sweetness. They do have a rewards program which is a bonus so my daughter enjoyed the free shake that came with me turning in my reward points. Such a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to go back.“

The chicken n rib combo never disappoints when it’s freshly made. The fried chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy inside, the ribs are saucy and tender, and the cornbread is one of my favorite parts of the meal (soft, slightly sweet, and freshly made).

Whether you order inside or through the drive-thru, the customer service has always been friendly and welcoming. They move pretty quickly too, which I appreciate.

So I had a crazy few days lol. I went to the Nelly/Ja Rule/Eve concert, the next day I worked and drove my son and I out to WildWood, NJ to participate in a short part of my boyfriend's annual family vacation, Tuesday night I left Wildwood at 10 PM because I had a notary class Wednesday. After the concert my friend Jen told me she was going to be here with her other friends. So I went to meet them because I didn't get to see them during the concert. Jen is so amazing she's very generous with me even though she doesn't have to be, so she paid for my burger that I ordered here because I didn't eat dinner and when I got to Boss Crocker's I was hungry. I gave the bartender a $20 tip because if someone pays for my meal I like to pay it forward and give the waitstaff or bartender a banger tip.

The bacon cheeseburger was very good. They made it very fast, I don't know if it was the hunger but I loved it. They made it medium rare at my request and it was one of the best burgers I ever scarfed down.

The bar was a pretty good environment, it was a pretty chill crowd for a Sunday night, more packed than I thought it would be. I can't say much about the drinks I only drank water but give Boss Crocker's a chance!“

“AWESOME wings. I’ve been getting these wings the past few weeks, and they are perfect. They have the perfect amount of breading on the wings and its not too much. Same goes for the sauces. They have the perfect amount of sauce on the wings and a great selection of sauces to choose from. My boyfriend and I have been testing out new sauces each time we order and we havent found one we dont like so far. (my fave is the coco chili and his is the cajun) They are the best wings I could find in the area! Definitely a must try, you’ll fall in love!!“
