Coalhouse Express and Market is hands down one of the best spots for authentic Jamaican food in the area. The flavors are bold, rich, and consistent every time you visit. The food is delicious but the portions are very small with a large price

The staff is welcoming, the service is quick, and the overall vibe makes you feel like you’re getting a true Caribbean experience. The food tastes like your grandmother's cooking—authentic, flavorful, and made with love. The desserts are amazing, from the homemade ice cream, banana pudding, and rum cake. They have absolutely the best Rice & Peas and Oxtail that anyone has ever eaten. The customer service is "bend over backwards" to make the customer happy. The chicken was cooked to perfection and so moist, including the barbecue chicken, curry chicken, and pineapple chicken dinners. This family-owned restaurant is one of a kind. They have a customer for life.
