“Came in today for a jerk salad and a side of Mac and cheese . The server innocently rang it up as pasta but they corrected the error with no problem and were very nice about it . Let me say , the jerk salad was DELICIOUS. Definitely worth the money , the chicken was a little spicy , super flavorful and juicy . The mango’s and cucumbers in the salad were fresh. The side of Mac and cheese was the best I have had at any Caribbean restaurant in the entire area and I’ve lived here for over 20 years. “I picked up food here for the first time and Auntie was so incredibly welcoming. She was happy to let me sample a handful of the dishes they were serving, all of which were delicious.

The oxtail here is just phenomenal. The depth of flavor of the gravy was such a standout. My rice and peas were covered in it and I wish I had more!

The jerk chicken was incredibly tender and the sweet and spicy sauces were a great compliment.

The fresh pine ginger drink is a must have and the homemade coco bread was pillowy soft.

The chef is an absolute pro here when it comes to salinity. The seasoning was spot on for every entree without any lingering saltiness.“

“Visited from Orlando,Florida and was in the mood for some Guyanese homemade food for brunch. We ate here and they had a wide variety of food options from doubles, cook up, bake and salt fish and various curries paired with The best tasting roti I have had in a long time. We ended it all off with some very tasty Pastries that are homemade in store. The owner Serita is very hospitable and made sure we had everything and that we were well taken care of! “Went there last night to pick up dinner. It was busy. I ordered the jerk chicken rasta pasta and it was bomb.com! I didnt expect it to be this good. My husband ordered the 6$ bag from the too good to go app and he got 2 plates of fried chicken with rice and chicken curry. The curry and rice was ok. I liked the fried chicken. But 2 plates for 6$! What a steal! We will be definitely going here again.“

“I was provided with excellent customer service! There was a very nice gentleman that made addressed all my concerns and needs regarding my food! I explained how whenever I ask for extra gravy at other locations, they get upset, and he completely understood and gave me extra gravy with no attitude! I have stomach issues so I have to be extremely careful or ill have a terrible reaction. I instead used ice water and still had that terrible reaction I had to run out to puke was pouring sweat I was in between going to the er and trying to sleep off the pain I was in. “visited Paradise Jerk Jamaican Restaurant for the first time today and decided to try the cornmeal porridge and an order of sweet plantain. I have to say, I was very impressed! The porridge was smooth, creamy, and full of authentic Jamaican flavor seasoned just right with the perfect balance of sweetness and spice. It had that comforting, homemade taste that instantly reminded me of traditional island cooking. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. The portion was generous, and the food came out hot and fresh. “If I hadn’t peeked over the counter, I might never have realized this was a Jamaican restaurant. Aside from a few small Jamaican flags—which I didn’t immediately spot—the predominantly red signage doesn’t clearly reflect the Jamaican cuisine they offer.

That said, I thoroughly enjoyed my “small” portion of curry chicken with rice and peas, which many other places would probably consider medium-sized. Priced reasonably at $14.39, including a bottle of water, it was great value. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked, while the rice and peas were expertly prepared, with just the right touch of coconut to bring out the traditional flavors.

The server, Alicia, was both polite and engaging, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area.

I as a business owner myself take note and wholeheartedly appreciate when I get great service consistently. I can’t speak for everyone but as far as Precious, Michael & Tamia here, have consistently been amazing at upholding a gold standard of service. From greeting you with a welcoming energy when you walk in, to making sure you get everything you need before you walk out. This is one of my go to places to grab lunch.
