“If you're in queens and want just an explosion of deliciousness in your own home? Then this is the place to pick it up from. It's my go-to spot in Jamaica for cheat days. They have the best oxtails and vegetable rice around. The rice is seriously addictive. They also have a slamming hot sauce. You have to ask for the real hot hot sauce tho. Because they used to give me another hot sauce before a regular told me of this one. If you like perfectly spiced, fall off the bone, absolutely delicious oxtails. If you also like them with magic rice that you can eat buckets of till you explode in delicious rice goodness, then this is the place to get it from. They do not have any seating. This is a takeout-only spot. They also load up the containers. No skimping here. The staff is always nice as well. Keep up the good work guys.“
“There used to be a restaurant in this exact spot called “HOT POT” . Hot Pot was literally by the far the most disgusting Jamaican food I’ve ever had in my life and I mean everything was nasty no matter what you tried so I’m not too sure if this store now is under the same management or it’s a completely different owner but the food is so much better than Hot Pot is and I’ve had different food from this place and everything has been good CONSISTENTLY. It’s fairly new and I hope that the quality never changes but as of right now ? I would definitely recommend this place to anybody . The Chef at Irie be doing their thing and it’s underrated right now maybe because of the bad experience from the previous Jamaican spot that used to be in the same exact spot but I promise you guys that it’s not the same quality as Hot Pot was and you won’t be disappointed ? and the customer service was good no attitudes like the typical Jamaican spots“
“I just ordered from here from uber eats and the food was great!!! I got everything I ordered, seasoned, and good amount of food in the plate. I will say though the mac and cheese could’ve had more in it since I did order a large and it could have been more seasoned but the jerk chicken meal with rice and peas and the jerk patty were amazing !!“

“I called the restaurant today on my daughter’s birthday (2/26/24) to ask for a table for 5 people including two children. I was told there’s not enough seating for everyone but they would gladly accommodate us at the event space next door. I agreed. My family arrived at around 6 and the two ladies took our order and Yvonne took a few minutes to prepare the table for us. When she led us into the room we were so delighted and astounded! The place was so beautifully decorated, and she managed it in a very short time! All the food was delicious! She made my daughter feel so special, she danced with the girls and helped cut the cake! I was very lucky and blessed to have been given this wonderful memory! It was such a pleasure to meet Yvonne, she is so sweet and has such a good heart! “Omg one of the best customer service experience I have ever experienced in a HAITIAN restaurant. USUALLY I don’t like going into haitian stores because of the rudeness , but not this place, I was greeted by pops who took my order and he was just a breath of fresh air ,and amazing , great conversation , I would have ended up buying everything there if I stayed any longer lol ..he wanted me to taste everything .. from KREMAS to a taste of his macaroni .. he wanted me to try everything lol ? .. I Bought some patties and a fish lunch special .. it’s an amazing thing to have a lunch special and still get great quality food .. small fish for 20 dollars was a really good price came with rice and plantain. I love the little piece of lemon they had with my fish , it says they pay attention to little details, even with a lunch special.. my patties were properly coded since I bought a variety of different kinds. I GIVE THEM 10 starts .. food quality was great and flavorful as well. .. can’t post fish pic because by the time I wrote this review I devoured the fish lol.. sorry.“

“Stopped in here 2 days in a row. I'm a contractor doing a job in the area. Day one I had curry goat and rice and peas it was absolutely phenomenal. Day 2 I had j*** chicken with rice and peas and it was delicious. I will definitely go out of my way to get food from here it's delicious and authentic.“
