About Tha Cafe

Tha Cafe is a restaurant that offers a unique dining experience with a calming atmosphere, making it suitable for romantic dinners or relaxing alone time. The restaurant often plays mature Reggae music on Friday evenings, and sometimes features a live band, which many customers enjoy over other genres. The ambiance is lively yet laid-back, with people enjoying their meals and the band’s performances, especially on Sundays when Caribbean classic songs are played live.

The food at Tha Cafe is highly praised, with customers raving about rice and peas with oxtail, calling it "heaven on a plate." The chef is recognized for their culinary skills, creating dishes that are described as masterpieces. The menu also offers good vegetarian options that are well-liked.

Service at the restaurant is generally friendly and prompt. Staff are nice and attentive, although some customers suggest that waitstaff could improve their timing, such as bringing utensils and meals together for couples. The ownership is appreciated for their class and style, maintaining high standards across their establishments.

While some guests find the prices a bit high, many feel that the quality of the food justifies the cost. Tha Cafe is a popular spot for a sexy date night, grabbing drinks with friends, or enjoying a great meal to stay or go. It is not particularly kid-friendly, but for adults seeking delicious food, good music, and a relaxing atmosphere, it remains a recommended destination.

A special thank you to our waitress, Zoe, for the recommendation.
