“We placed an order for a smash burger without the cheese - the restaurant accidentally put cheese on it and I was quite upset because we confirmed it many times (lactose intolerance)… the person who helped me was super super nice, he re-made the entire order AND had it delivered to us for free, AND was nice enough to add courtesy drinks. Genuinely it felt it was really sincere an apology and I actually really appreciated that. Will definitely order from them again (maybe I’ll just check my order next time though). Prompt, friendly service, quick in and out at 3 pm on a weekday.Just before entrance to highway, discover the loaded French fries are not in the bag. Illegal u-turn and I'm heading back to checkers.The young man who helped me the first time round quickly made a fresh order of fries and apologized. Mistakes happen. They rectified the mistake without a hassle and they did it fast. About as much as you can ask.“
