“We visited today with our hockey team while in the area. We didn't plan ahead and surprised them with a party of 20. They gave us a back room, which was perfect. I didn't catch our server's name but she was awesome and handled all of us. Our food, which was delicious, was a bit of a wait and didn't all come out at the same time, which we weren't surprised about with our large, unexpected group. The chef came out twice to check on us and apologize (which was unnecessary as we completely understood). He graciously complimented our team's behavior (not easy for a bunch of 9/10 year olds) and chatted with us about hockey. Everything was delicious (I had brisket and Brussels sprouts) and when we told our server we needed to get going to our next game, she quickly brought us all separate checks. To sum it up: great food, very organized and very welcoming to a large group who just randomly showed up! Would definitely go back!“

“Nathaniel cooked our food (briskett stuffed grilled cheese), it was amazing! Sam is the best server we have had so far at Smokey Bones. She suggested some delicious sauce to go with my sweet potatoes. While waiting for our food, we enjoyed playing pool. We definitely will plan for many more visits to Smokey Bones :)“

“We used to frequent here often and always got the burnt ends sandwich with sweet potato fries as one of the sides. The other dish pictured is the regular brisket sandwich with regular fries (I added my own cheese bc $2 for them to add cheese is insane). You used to have to pay extra for that side of sweet potato fries, but not anymore. The serving of sweet potatoes fries is just…sad in comparison to the regular fries. I think I’d rather pay the extra for the sweet potato if it means you’d get a normal serving of them, especially since the other sides are also so small.

Also placed an order at 6:53, was told 25 minutes, got there at 7:15, didn’t get the order until almost 7:50. They weren’t very busy aside from a larger table in the back and a few people at the bar. The wait wasn’t really an issue until the third time being told to come back in another 10 minutes.

The food was sub par. The side of mac & cheese tasted like just plain noodles. The sandwiches were okay, wish there was more BBQ sauce on my regular brisket, it was a bit dry.

I’ll assume it was an off night for them and just dock one star for this and will have to try again another night.“

“We had a wonderful night here for my Niece's birthday. We were seated almost immediately for 10 people. Kat and MacKenzie were our waitresses, and they made our experience here a great time. Thank you also to the manager /receptionist who helped us out when our planned location at the Longhorn in Camillus was very rude to us! Never going to the Longhorn in Camillus ever again!“

“Went to the camillus restaurant today with a group of 12 for lunch..interesting Seating with both a rectangle and circular table allowed for easy discussion...lunch special was a very good deal and food good in both quality and amount..(I had a large burger and a very good onion soup)“

“I got catering for 125 people and it was absolutely perfect. They had everything set up perfectly on time and were extremely professional and kind. Everyone was talking about how good the food was and we had so much leftovers to share. Very generous portions. I will definitely use them again for catering in the future.“
