“We have been planning a trip to Watkins Glen to ride the Catharine Valley Trail and came across this Facebook page. I knew it would be the perfect reward at the end of our ride, and I was not wrong. I had the daily special: a GIANT juicy burger with cheese, melt in your mouth PULLED PORK and zippy jalapenos. A+! Hubby had the PULLED CHICKEN sandwich with the amazingly salty and delicious French fries. Just the right amount of sauce, A+ again! Mac salad was delicious and I don't want to diminish the mains, but the CORN SALAD is something you should NOT skip. Suffice it to say I drank the last few drops of dressing from the cup at the end. GREAT RECIPE! As I contemplated death on the final hill back to the campground, I was completely satisfied to have had Prisebox BBQ for my last meal. Highly recommend! A++++“
