“We had the wedding of our dreams this past July at The View. Literally the best day of our lives. Let me tell you what makes Sarah and her team so INCREDIBLE!From the moment we booked, Sarah was committed to making our vision come to life. We had numerous meetings with Sarah-- first she showed us some past weddings and everything she had available to us. Then I shared my inspiration/photos and we got to work collaborating. Sarah will help you make your ideas real. She even gave me access to her storage room, and gave me free access to all sorts of decorations (table toppers, baskets, signage), which saved me money and time.The biggest thing Sarah did for me is give me peace of mind. Being a bride is SO stressful. Every time I met with Sarah, I walked away feeling assured, supported and inspired. She was so accommodating, answering questions for months in advance leading up to the day, and setting up occasional meetings to look at the venue and plan decorations.Décor: Fast forward to the day before the wedding. I had family and friends helping to get all the table décor together. All we had to do was bring all of our supplies to the View, and show Sarah an example of what we wanted. When we got to the Venue on the big day, magic! She sets everything up for you. And they took care of tear down too so we could enjoy our party, all night long. Everything looked even better than I imagined.Their whole selling point is that they will make your day as stress free as possible. And let me tell you. THEY ARE NOT LYING! We didn't have to worry about a thing.Food: Ok and the food??? SLAMMIN. My one regret on my wedding day is that I only ate 1 bag of clams, lol. All our guests were so happy.Drinks: If you have a special beer/wine you want, Sarah and Patrick will do their best to find it for you, how cool is that? The buffet and bar line moved fast and no one complained about there not being any liquor (something I was worried about).The Bridal Barn: What a special touch! Me and my bridal party shared special private moments together as our guests arrived. Its air conditioned ;). Girls, Sarah makes you feel like a princess. At the conclusion of our ceremony, Sarah had a bottle of champagne waiting for us in the Barn. I'll never forget all of us in the wedding party piling into the barn and drinking out of the bottle.The Ceremony: Our ceremony felt so personal and true to us. Per Sarah's suggestion, we hired Barb from House of Treasures to decorate the pergola (sooooo glad we did!!!) Sarah makes sure that guests have access to everything they may need for an outdoor ceremony (sunscreen, bug spray, water bottles).The Venue: GORGEOUS!!! We were blessed with fabulous weather. But even if it rained I was confident Sarah had our backs. Guests took photos along the railing with the sun setting in the valley. Well deserving of the name "The View."Reception: We went with Ryan DeLap, one of the DJs on the Sarah's list. Amazing. We danced alllllll night long!!! We had so many people come up to us and say it was the most fun they'd ever had at a wedding.I could go on and on and on. Long story short: Book your wedding here. The facilities are beautiful. Sarah is an angel. Wedding venue prices can be heinous. The price we paid for the experience we had... we were just floored. Just beautiful quality from beginning to end. “After my husband immigrated from the Netherlands, we had been in pursuit of real Donër Kebab. We drove 1.5hours to find this place. We were not disappointed! Delicious authentic food. Turkish sodas. Delicious baklava. It was so good we ordered more to go. The people were very kind! We will definitely be coming back!“

“Highly recommend! We called with a reservation for a large party which they willingly accepted despite the other event they had going on that evening. When our plans changed and we had to switch our order to take out inside of dine in, they were super flexible and accommodating, they were extremely helpful with guiding us on the menu over the phone and side recommendations for our party size, and the food was so yummy! “Last night, my gf and I went to dinner at California Grill. While they've been around since 2005, this is our first time stopping (and even noticing it was there). I have to say, it was a 5 Star experience. The food was perfectly portioned and priced. It was flavorful. The restaurant was clean. The staff were kind and attentive, especially our server, Kimberly, who took our experience to the next level. This is what dining out should be like. We will DEFINITELY be returning again and encourage everyone to pay it a visit when in Vestal! For the record, she had Fish Tacos and I had Brisket Tacos. We then took a Cali Grill Smoker BBQ Flatbread (can also be a pizza) to go for enjoyment after the movie. We can recommend all of those!“

“I would HIGHLY recommend going here if you like chicken. I would safely say it has to be one of the best BBQ chicken in the area. The ribs that they have are very good but the chicken steals the show. You get a lot for you money for the chicken dinner. Also, the chicken is gluten free.“

“The food was great! We had a couple of chili cheese dogs with onions, a drink, and some fires. The atmosphere was a bit retro/nostalgic. It was kind of like stepping back in time. The service was very FAST but friendly! The only possible issue with this place is that it only accepts cash, no credit/debit cards.“

“Shockingly good as a chain restaurant. The parking is easy. The service is good. It felt pretty full inside. We got a hand cut NY Strip that was nicely done (without excessive amounts of salt which made me very happy) Kids finished their steak bites and apple sauce and blue drinks and chicken tenders. Overall the experience was good, and I would very likely go back in the future. The people who worked there were very nice and helpful.

Parking: Parking was easy on a Thur night after 7PM when we got there.

Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and crayons and little activity sheets for kids. The kid's menu is good. Every kiddo found something enjoyable.“
