“3 southerners (Texas, SC, NC) came to this spot thinking it'd be decent at best...it was INCREDIBLE. Very rarely does anyone cook a brisket this well, and NEVER have we had a better house sauce in the Northeast.

If Paul isn't your waiter, come back when he can be. I'm serious. 10/10 service, knowledgeable about the menu, anticipating needs, being welcoming, patient, and efficient all with a smile. We came 3 times in 3 day and Paul was a huge part of that.
