PSA - my family and I went to San Miguels Mexican bar and grill in Baldwinsville this past Saturday. There were 7 people in our party having dinner and drinks. Now, mind you this is just my kids and me. We were enjoying conversations with robust volume but definitely not overly loud or out of line. Well, the bartender decided she didn't like our group enjoying ourselves as we were and kicked us out. Literally came over to our table and took our drinks. No forwarning; no explanation. Just said we were being too loud in a bar. Very rude staff (I hear the owner is just as rude to her employees, maybe that's where they get that it's okay to treat customers horribly. Good paying customers). Well, the food is good; but they won't get our business again. Rude treatment to customers for having a good time is bad business. Okay, I would get it if we were being obnoxious, staggering around, falling off our seats; but we were not. If you guys know me; we are not loud and obnoxious people. can I give a negative star for the horrible customer service?
Best Authentic Mexican Restaurant in the Syracuse area! Great family atmosphere, fun, and festive! Staff is super friendly and attentive! Ten out of ten! Highly recommend!
