“I have been getting the same omelet every Sunday for the last 6 years, and will continue to do so indefinitely. Ribbon catered my wedding in May '24, and long before then they were practically family. This is the best place in Ballston Spa for more than just king Kev's cooking. Wonderful little place filled with happy people always with a smile on their face and a plate of something spectacular always on the way to a table. and that's not even mentioning why Kevin started the place and all the victims of breast cancer he's helped. 💗 love y'all 5 stars is hardly enough.”

“From the minute we stepped in we were greeted with enthusiasm! The owner made sure to tell us in detail about what our options were to choose from as theres a lot there, and sold us on the roast beef! Our sandwhiches were made in less then 4minutes and we were told to sit, enjoy, pay later! It was the BEST roast beef on a hardroll Ive ever had and I'm overall impressed with how much was there from desserts to hot foods like meatballs and pulled pork to muffins. I wanted to get it all but I'll be back for sure. 5*”

“First time here. They explained the menu and how people usually order. Plus, talking about the other items they have. You can sit inside or out. They bring the food to you. Plus, you can leave everything, and they clean up. We didn't do that, but it is a service they provide.

The food was absolutely delicious. Cooked perfectly to how we requested.”

“I will never eat here again I ordered their afternoon tea. A plain salad plate which consisted of greens two slices of cucumber and shredded carrots, a cup of soup and I wanted a scone. They were out of scones so I reluctantly agreed to a piece of cake. When I saw they charged me 29 I spoke to the manger explaning my complaint. She refused to acknowledge that the meal was overpriced for what I had. The waitress never stated there was an upcharge. Had I gotten a sandwich I would feel different but for what I got the price was waaay out of proportion. Never never never eating here again.”

“Unique decor with tin tiles and an old school, classic feel. you can tell that they are foodies by the way they compose dishes and the cocktails are excellent. It is generally busy. I can usually find a seat for two, but I would call ahead especially for more than two people. This is a great place. One of my favorites.”

We went to a farmers market the next day for some baked goods but nothing compared to the delicious items from Isla's Divine Desserts. We will be back!”

“Had a torta for the first time today walked in after work. And let me tell you I was highly impressed with how good it was. Two thumbs up. this is the best Mexican restaurant within Saratoga County hands-down so if you’re looking for Mexican food, don’t go any further and I will order from them in a second. You can tell all their ingredients are sourced from authentic Mexican food distributors and every time I order from them, the food is incredible so I would recommend them seven days out of the week. Definitely better than any Mexican food within the county.”

“Wings are always fantastic and the Bogo on Tuesdays for beer is just icing on the cake, pizza is good too. Had the molten lava cake but minus the molten part, it was over cooked. Staff at the bar are always prompt with refilling drinks and are friendly.”

“They have a great combination plate for lunches for under $10. They have all kinds of stuff on their menu and they give you a nice variety and nice amount of food for the price. They also include either a soda, wonton soup, or egg roll with your lunch included in that price. It's hard to even find a decent meal anywhere for under $10. So I was very pleased and the food was delicious.”

Vegetarian options: I am not, but they had dish options clearly labeled.

Parking: There is few parking spots in front, but there is more around back. Coming from out of town it was a little confusing at first, but we caught on quick.”

“worst experience ever. orderd a pizza i usually go too the one in burnt hills on my way to work. the night of July 2 2025 they lied stole and told me id recieve anything order after the first was an hour late. 30 minutes after that the ego trip manager yelled argued called names and never repaid after promised. blaming me for a worker he said worked there 4 years. it was sent by them not me I guess Uber. The girl lied the manager yelled telling me im a liar after my first order was an hour late and cold. Never refunded just called names.Id never order from a place who even considers treating a person the way they did. they just didt want to come back out or refund. He just yelled at was my fault after my hour late delivery was cold and said we dont go there as of now. we will not correct your order. burnt hills they treat you so well. like family. I have many pizza places near me I loved giving them business but never ballston spa. never again. he hung up as he was got caught in a lie. if you don't do delivery howd I get my first cold hour late one ? He ends it with if our pizzas so good come get it like its crap pizza lol. hell of a manager”
