“With so many breweries popping up in the capital district and so many choices I still keep coming back to unified! Their beer is second to none with top notch ingredients and sours that would appeal to any beer or non beer drinker! The staff are the best and the owners are the nicest people I know! “This place is a fascinating gem. I don't know what the building was used for originally, but it's a very charming warren of rough wood rooms with quirky but well-suited decor. And the food is exceptional. Frickles (fried pickles and banana peppers), fish & chips, and the Guinness pot roast were all delicious, served hot and quickly, despite the place being packed. Definitely worth a stop or, if you're in the area, add it to your list of go-tos.“
