I love the products, but the Ecuadorian manager is arrogant, she doesn't want to speak Spanish, she has an arrogant way of serving people who don't speak English well, Ecuadorian
Went in and asked for a iced latte and last was awfully rude her name was Romana and gave me a hot latte and when i said i didn’t order this gave me a horrible review i’ve been going to that dunkin for a while and they should really pick better
